Audio Projects

Sound in my work functions as an immersive and psychological extension of the visual experience, reinforcing themes of transformation, environment, and the subconscious. I use multi-channel soundscapes to create an enveloping atmosphere, often incorporating field recordings, deep resonances, and layered sonic textures to enhance spatial and emotional depth.

My process involves capturing and manipulating natural acoustics from specific environments, such as caves or remote landscapes, to evoke a sense of place and psychological tension. I integrate ritualistic sound elements, such as the bullroarer—an ancient acoustic device—into my compositions, using them to activate space and mirror symbolic journeys of descent and revelation.

Influenced by cinematic sound design, I structure my audio compositions as evolving sonic environments, where tones and textures shift over time to guide the viewer’s experience. Sound serves as both a bridge between mediums and a tool for creating sublime tension, blurring the boundaries between the external world and inner consciousness. Whether through ambisonic installation, immersive audio environments, or subtle resonances, my use of sound is always directed toward heightening emotional, sensory, and conceptual engagement.
